When this customer called we explained we had a full schedule for the dayWe would fit him in as fast as we possibly couldhe had insisted there was a screw in the tireWe had him come down and show us due to we had no puncture in the tireALL TIRES ARE MISMATCHED ON THE VEHICLE UPON ARRIVAL techs noted the damage on the vehicle prior to our working on the vehiclewe tried to rebuild his tpms sensor in order to save him moneyWhen he called back with the tire off the rim, we replaced the tpms sensor and tire at no chargeWe replaced the tire with the same quality of the tire in questionthe scratches were present before we even worked on the vehicle and in the front not the side in questionWhen he called back it was nothing but cursing( profanity) and threaten to sue meAt this time I feel replacing his tire and tpms sensor was above and beyond to take care of himHe has received a free tire and tpms sensorWe comped over $to take care of his concerns for a $repair [redacted] my manager repaired the clip that had come offthe scratch on the rim is on the inside of the lip for the bead sealnot visible and have a hard time trying to figure how we could have happenedThis customer does not take care of his vehicle and it was evident when we checked the vehicle in with damage and all tires mismatched.Thank you [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:This response is outright appallingTo try and claim that the damage to my vehicle that resulted from bad repair is somehow an indication of my care to my vehicle is absurdI have had my vehicle for months, and not even a month ago had it on for a complete diagnostic, along with the repairs that followedSo, I'd like to start by saying I haven't dealt with *** in this ordeal, and from what I can tell, he wasn't even involved*** even started he hadn't contacted his owner about any of the things happening to my car. Secondly, my car did have different sets of tiresThe back tires are Firestone tiresThe front two were sailun tiresI got some off-branded generic replacement that looks out of place on my carIt was not my fault that the shop failed to quote the correct repair, so when the tire blew out at miles an hour going on a relatively flat road, miles from the shop, I assure you that is not an indication of my failure to maintain my vehicle, but instead a failure to do the proper repair (which I'll remind you is not the customers responsibility to quote a repair proper to what is needed to themselves, that is the shops responsibility)And the sensor that broke that they replaced, is also in the same vicinity as the scratch that happened as a result of the impact. I would also like to point out the only time I cursed was in a voicemail that was left immediately following the incidentI did advise *** when HE CALLED ME** the next morning that in the event that they did not fix the damage that ensued in its entirety that I had already been advised to contact my legal representative (as is my right to do so). I have included a picture of the damage to my rim, which is more proof than has been provided by the shopThey say they have a picture and have not provided itAnd at this point, them dismissing me as if I'm trying to get one over on them is ridiculousThis car was better off before it went in than it is now, and the only thing I want is the shop to replace it was, not how they saw fit. To try and even remotely claim that I caused my own damage is ridiculousAnd if this is how this place chooses to conduct business, and they choose not to fix the damage they caused, then I request action on part of the Revdex.com to strike this against them.

techs noted the damage on the vehicle prior to our working on the vehicle. we tried to rebuild his tpms sensor in order to save him money. When he called back with the tire off the rim, we replaced the tpms sensor and tire at no charge. We replaced the tire with the same quality of the tire in question. the scratches were present before we even worked on the vehicle and in the front not the side in question. When he called back it was nothing but cursing( profanity) and threaten to sue me. At this time I feel replacing his tire and tpms sensor was above and beyond to take care of him. He has received a free tire and tpms sensor. We comped over $200.00 to take care of his concerns for a $12.00 repair. [redacted] my manager repaired the clip that had come off. the scratch on the rim is on the inside of the lip for the bead seal. not visible and have a hard time trying to figure how we could have happened. This customer does not take care of his vehicle and it was evident when we checked the vehicle in with damage and all tires mismatched.Thank you[redacted]
