that date until Aug 24th when the file was sent to our attorney in Illinois. [redacted] than called us on Aug 26th upset we sent to attorney. As CEO of Commercial Collection I have recalled the account from our attorney based on the assumption that [redacted] will pay the settlement. I left a message to call me. Will let you know his response but please know this is a valid debt. [redacted] wants a settlement as he has had internal problems in paying his bill.
