Terry and his team have been nothing short of amazing and wonderful! They have replaced the old gate at my business property and went the extra mile to troubleshoot my keypad issue after installation (the keypad issue was NOT caused by Terry and crew, it was an equipment malfunction)At 7:pm the day Terry and his guys had my gate fully operational and working perfectly, someone tried to "beat the gate" by attempting to drive through as it was closing, which resulted in significant damage to the gateTerry was the second phone call I made at the time it happened, and although he was swamped with business elsewhere, he made time and had my gate repaired the very next morning before lunch! He has truly been amazing and I cannot stress enough how much we appreciate his determination and drive to get the job done in a timely manner yet done RIGHTThis guy is hands down one of the best in every way from an excellent job and perfect customer service all the way to the follow up calls and making sure everything remained in excellent working order!
