To whom it may concern, As far as we knew here at Element wheels this was taken care of last year after the last conversation was sent to his email with tracking numbers on the center cap sent out and delivered, Yes we did request from customer to have the shaking of one of the wheels to be tested and to let us know the outcome so we could proceedWe never knew the outcome of the wheel and assumed that the rebalance took care of the shakingWe never received any other documentation that the customer had a wheel bent or out of round, in knowing that we would have sent out another wheelI have also emailed The customer Damion directly for him to send me any form of proof that the wheel was bent or out of round so we can still take care of itThat information is vital for the manufacture of the wheel to do any type of exchangeWE have also let the customer know that he can contact me at any time to get this resolved

Ok as far as the rimDisregard the bent issue I went back to the tire shop and the tire rep is telling me it could of been caused by me.Attached is the pic of the cap which is no good
