Ms. C company Golden Travel is not organized or professional enough to plan a trip. I would not recommend her. RUN!!!!

Golden Voyage Travel agent Rolanda C has not given me my refund for a cancelled trip. She will not return my calls or respond to my emails.
I schedule a trip with Rolanda C to New York from June 29, 2018-July 2, 2018. The trip was canceled. I paid 864 dollars which include insurance. Ms. C stated that it would take up to 30 days received the refund. During this time she did not contact me to inform me of the process of my refund. I contact her via phone she did not call me back. Every time I email Rolanda, she would email with excuses about things that were personal to explained why she had not respond to the email and phone call. June 20,2018 the trip was canceled and July 20, 2018 the refund was due. On July 20, 2108,I called her, email, and send message through Facebook. She will not respond. This is unprofessional and I need my refund now. She is avoiding me and refuse to give me my refund. I paid on February 18, 2018 (370.00) on March 16,2018 (200.00), on April 16, 2018(294.00).Payments sent by cash app. Total of 864.00

Desired Outcome

I want my 864 dollars refund to me immediately.

Ms., along with two other guests, paid to attend a girls' getaway to NY with myself and others. Due to an unforeseen personal issue, I was unable to attend the trip on the scheduled date. I contacted the ladies regarding my inability to attend, but told them everything was in place for them to still go. They were not comfortable with going to NY alone. So, I offered to reschedule the trip for when I could go. They declined and decided to cancel the trip all together. Because there were 3 ladies on the reservation, a written authorization to cancel had to come from each lady. While Ms. issued her authorization on June 20, one of the parties did not issue her authorization until several days later. Once I received authorization from all three ladies, I processed the cancellation. I informed the ladies of the timeline issued by the supplier, over which I have no control. I assured them that as soon as it was returned, I would issue their refund.

I communicated with another guest, who contacted me, and asked her to relay the message to the other two ladies. I was working my part-time job and could not talk at that time. I responded to Ms. FB personal message that I received on Sunday at 7:30 a.m. letting her know that as soon as the refund was issued, I'd issue the refund, but that I had no control over the timing. I also informed her that my office was closed on Sundays for family and worship time, and asked her to reach out to me during business hours. She became belligerent and disrespectful. At that time, I unfriended her and blocked her from contacting me via FB, instead asking that she reach out to me via email or telephone, to which I would respond during normal business hours.

I am requesting that Gold Voyage Travel Agent Rolanda C submit my refund of 864 dollars minus the insurance payment of 50 dollars. I was informed it would take up to 30 days. I cancelled on June 20,2018 and today is July 31, 2018. On June 20,2018, Rolanda C email me back stating" she heard from the other ladies and would cancel immediately. I was informed that I could cancelled my trip to New York and receive a full refund. I cancelled due to the unprofessionalism. I contact her by Facebook where Golden Travel is advertised due her unavailability during her business hours. I contacted Rolanda C concerning my refund and she should have contacted me , not any one else. I have not contacted Ms. C since Sunday June 22,2018. Ms. C at this time still has not submitted the refund nor has she provided any information concerning my refund.

Again, I reiterate the assertions made by me in my previous responses. I further add that no additional "fees" are being deducted from the amount due to the consumer. Travel protection is always non-refundable, and the consumer was aware of my company's $50.00/pp cancellation fee. I absolutely did not tell the consumer that she was forbidden to speak with the supplier. The consumer was told that suppliers are not permitted to speak with consumers whose travel was booked through the services of an agent. None of my suppliers will discuss bookings with me until I fully identify myself as the agent of record, which requires me to give them my full name and ID/IATA number. I don't know if the consumer lacks the ability to comprehend what's being conveyed, or is being misleading/disingenuous. That assertion is false.

Yes, I have refunded the amount to one of the consumers, which was done in good faith. As a participant in this trip, I have also not received my refund. I am willing to refund the consumer the amount she is owed, as I did the other to bring this matter to conclusion. I cannot, however, speed up the refund process by the supplier.

In each and very one of my complaints the information was given to me through texts, massager, or emails send by Ms. C to myself or the other individuals that Golden Voyage Travel owns a refund.

On August 10,2018,I sent an email to Golden Voyage travel requesting my refund and the information to the supplier. Ms. C's email "The refund still has not been received. I will continue to check with the supplier regularly until it is received. Suppliers are forbidden to talk with travelers who are represented by the travel agents." I have a copy of the email.

I am requesting again the information of the supplier and allow the supplier to say they are not willing to help me resolve this matter. Your representation has not help me with receiving my refund.

Also, My ability to comprehend is the reason why I contacted the Revdex.com. Being disrespectful is not going to change the facts that Golden Voyage Travels(Rolanda C) owns me a refund of 764. 01. I canceled on June 20, 2018 and It is now August 29, 2108. This matter still has not been resolved.

I reiterate again we were required to cancel
together, we all should have received a refund at the same time. Good faith would have been to pay each one of us the total refund or each of us a payment. Showing you were making an effort to make sure everyone received their refund.

My only purpose is to received my refund that I was information that would be provide to me in 30 business days.

Rolanda C owes me money and I want my money
Golden Voyage Travel was planning a trip to New York on June 28, 2018 but on June 19,2018 I was informed that it was only 3 ladies going on the trip so we decided to cancel the trip, Rolanda C told me that it would take up to 30 days to receive my refund of 864.00 minus the 49.99 insurance. The payments that was paid to Golden Voyage Travel was February 16,2018 in the amount of 400.00, March 16, 2018 in the amount of 200.00, April 16, 2018 in the amount of 264.00. I cancel on June 20, 2018 and my 30 days was up on July 20, 2018. I tried to contact Golden Voyage Travel and instead of returning my call Rolanda C sent me a text stating that she has not received a refund from her supplier yet.

I want my refund immediately

I communicated with Ms. each time she reached out to me, with the exception of a time where I was working my part-time job and could not talk at that time. I stepped away to the bathroom and responded to Ms. by text message. I let her know that I was working a security detail and could not talk, but told her I wanted to be responsive. I brought her up to speed on the status and asked her to convey the information to the others, which I could not do at that time because of my working.

Ms. will most assuredly be fully refunded what she is due as soon as it is received by me.
