Mr [redacted] ,I have received this complaint and contacted Mr [redacted] I reviewed the complaint with him and explained what I would be willing to do in order to assist him in the purchase of the ArmadaThere was a confusion and misunderstanding about the trade lien and down payment requestedMr [redacted] and I reviewed every number and every detail in order to insure everyone was on the exact same pageHe agreed and came down on 3/23/and purchased the ArmadaWe spoke again on 3/24/where I agreed to remove the alarm if he was not fully satisfied and refund the amount to the lienholderMr [redacted] appeared to be fully satisified and I consider him a happy client nowHe also knows he can contact me directly should he have further questions Thank you,*** [redacted] General ManagerMossy Nissan Escondido

The issue was fully resolved today Tuesday December 27th, 2016.? Now that the vehicle brakes have been fully serviced and inspected free of additional charges, I can say that I am fully satisfied.? I beg you to re open the case and change the status from? "Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied." to consumer is happy and fully satisfied or something to that natureThe sales manager at Mossy Nissan of Escondido was extremely pleasant and very helpful in addressing my concerns.? He showed that he wanted to keep my business and I may in fact consider Mossy Nissan of Escondido for future vehicle purchases? Once again I beg you to re open the case to change the status to show my full satisfaction with both service and how the complaint was resolved I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11879397, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.? Dear [redacted] ***, I spoke with Mr [redacted] moments ago and let him know that we will refund his $as a goodwill gestureMy Service Manager had been in contact with him on Friday afternoon, the 25th I let him know that I had not received a call from him on the 24th as I would have returned the call I also advised him that I spoke with the Service Manager as well as the Technician who looked at his vehicleI explained that the code was retrieved from his vehicle and that it is in fact a code for catalytic converter issueI also advised him that it is likely that the code will returnHe clearly does not believe what we said, and in the place of arguing, we are happy to refund his money We regret that we were unable to meet his expectations at this time and wish the best for Mr [redacted] and his vehicle Thank you, [redacted] Mossy Nissan Escondido [redacted] office

Revdex.com Complaint # *** Dear Mr***, Thank you for bringing this to my attentionThe vehicle was taken to a dealership outside of Mossy and I was unaware there was an issuePrior to me becoming aware, The client, *** Smith had contacted our business office and they corrected the
validation of her Service ContractIt was sent in correctly when she bought the vehicle, the name, etcwas there…but the VIN# was not recorded by the companyRegardless, it was corrected right away and the contract is activeThere was no loss in coverage, just a clerical error Once I knew of this breakdown, I put in calls to all parties involved and the Alarm company accepted responsibility for the repairsThis happened within a few hours of me receiving the complaintI was in contact with *** through this time and apologized for the run-around she was experiencing and assured her I would help her with the resolution of the matterMy last conversation with *** was following up on the repair (as it was not at my dealership)I let her know that my first goal was to help getting her car completed and paid for and then I would address her concerns with the contract she purchasedI offered to clarify the coverage, the company and assist her with whatever direction she wished relating to the policyShe thanked me for my help and indicated that she was going to research further and would contact me if additional help is needed. I look forward to helping *** with any further concerns regarding this or anything else relating to her vehicleMy goal is to make sure *** and all of our clients are happy! I also advised him that I spoke with the Service Manager as well as the Technician who looked at his vehicle. I explained that the code was retrieved from his vehicle and that it is in fact a code for catalytic converter issue. I also advised him that it is likely that the code will return. He clearly does not believe what we said, and in the place of arguing, we are happy to refund his money.
 
We regret that we were unable to meet his expectations at this time and wish the best for Mr. [redacted] and his vehicle.
