Review: I was involved in an accident with my towtruck and had two estimates to get fix the first one was cheaper but they were going to take 3 to 4 weeks and goldenwest towing told me they would do it in one and a half week here I'm one month later and no truck first it was because of parts not arriving on schedule every time was a diferent part not on time then my truck was sent to a diferent shop they recomended to fix suspension and that was two weekas also for parts not being found . When I walked in with my towtruck I gave them the key insurance paper with their quote and mr. [redacted] equipment adjuster and told me he would take care of it ,they called me month later and told me truck was ready drove over to pick up and they wouldn't release truck I had to pay them with my own money and I had to collect from insurance when mr. [redacted] told me he would take care of it , when my towtruck was sent to a diferent shop of their choice to fix suspension they gave the other shop insurance and they got paid no problem but they won't do the same to pay themselvesDesired Settlement: This people lie to their teeth to get business and when it comes time too the real work they don't come through and very rude and sarcastic even insurance people complain about them.

[redacted], sorry for the delay in answering this complaint, the main problem is the customer has totally turned the story around to make himself look like the victum when in fact he is the one that created the mess
Customer brought tow truck in for an estimate, we inspected the truck, gave him a written estimate, he turned it in to his insurance company, they sent out an adjuster, he agreed with our estimate and said he would turn his in to the insurance co, customer called and said it was approved and to go ahead and do the repairs, at that time we ordered the parts for repairs, the manufacture was out of stock so it took longer than expected, we finally received the parts and repaired the tow truck, we then sent it to a frame shop to repair the suspension because we do not do that here.
When we got the truck back, we called the customer and told him it was finished, he came to pick up the truck but brought a check from the insurance company that was $3000.00 short plus it was made out to him, we told him, we do not take two party checks and we also asked him who was paying the difference, he said that we would have to work it out with the insurance company, we reminded him that he is the one that authorized the repairs so he was liable for the full amount of the invoice he demanded that we release his truck but we tried ewxplaining to him that we could not release it unless we get paid, we asked him to pay us and he could take his truck and deal with the insurance himself, he declined to do that, so he left very upset, he did contact his insurance company, they sent out the adjuster, and he said, I don’t know why I am doing this again, I turned all this in the first time, so after that, insurance sent us the balance and customer cashed his check and brought that to us.
Customer also had someone call and said he was a lawyer representing the customer and he demanded we release the truck, that we had been paid and we were holding the customers truck unlawfully
I tried to explain it to who ever called, the situation but he would not want to hear ir and said call me as soon as customer can pick up the truck or I will see you in court, I told him as soon as we get paid, he then
Hung up on me and called an hour later and asked if truck was ready, I said yes and we will release it as soon as we get paid, he again hung up the phone and I have not heard from him since.
