I am rejecting this response because:
Good afternoon! I am writing with follow up on this complaint. On 2/11 you facilitated communication with Artistic and relayed that they were honoring my request to refund partial funds to cover the damaged portion of the granite installation. As of today's postal service (2/22) we still have not received anything in the mail. Please do not close this case as they have misspoken in the past and failed to honor their word so I am suspicious that they are again just blowing smoke my way. Thank you, [redacted]
