Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The puppy was returned because my wife had an allergic response to the puppy. (Even though it was sold as hypo-allergenic.) When the puppy was returned Stacey gave me a choice; I could get a refund of $"now" or a full refund of $after the puppy was placed in another home. I told her I would take the $now. After months of not receiving that refund I feel that I am entitled to the entire amount. (Which I have conveyed to her many times over.) I agreed to take payments due to being told that she was having health issues in her family. I was promised repeatedly over the course of months to have payments made and she repeatedly failed to do so. She made an initial payment of $after repeatedly failing to make any payment and then a $payment after letting her know that I would take her to court if she did not pay. As verbal contracts are binding in Oregon and I have repeated promises from her both verbally and in e-mails and texts promising to pay the refund. I would be happy to provide copies if that would be helpful. Sincerely,*** ***

We have attached a sample copy of our contract and we have a signed copy from [redacted] .  He purchased a healthy loveable puppy and took the puppy home and decided to return the puppy for no reason.  He was aware that the deposit was non refundable, we have a signed contract...
