I planned a European trip with this travel agency in for a trioWhile talking with a travel agent I was told to purchase travel insurance so if by chance we had to cancel, we could get a refundWithin months we had to cancel the tripBUT we did not receive ANY monies back They sent us a voucher to be used within one year and with the same company and same trip Only after they received my money did they send an insurance pamphlet outlining the terms of the insuranceRip off!!
