Review: I had my oil changed and my tires rotated- first the man who changed the oil did not want to rotate my tires- (this is what he gets PAID TO DO)- he told me I didn't need it. (Chrysler's manual says to rotate the tires every 10,000 miles- so it was due.) So he is very upset he has to do it- and tells me it doesn't need to be done because the tires look good. (they look good becaseu I rotate them every 10,000 miles!) I still don't understand why- I'm PAYING THEM TO DO IT. So he does- and he starts giving me attitude when I ask him how the car is overall- he says VERY NASTILY "I DON'T KNOW I DIDN'T INSPECT IT." But the receipt says he inspected the transmission fluid, washer fluid, air filter, brake fluid, coolant, etc. Then he gets in the car and drives like a maniac speeding to the front of the establishment. I confront the owner- who is actually very nice- too nice because his employees OWN him- and he can't do anything- can't even force the guy to apologize. So I leave and I find out the guy TOOK MY LUGNUTS- 3 of them. I had to buy new ones and put them on. I called to complain and say I'm coming back and I want my lug nuts on. So he puts me on the phone with the SAME guy who did it and of course, he denies he took them- and he starts yelling at me on the phone.Desired Settlement: I bought new lug nuts for $8.10 I want an apology. I want the employee disciplined. It's not a lot of money- it's not the point. But why advertise you change tires and then hire employees who are upset to do their jobs????
