Golden's Good Air

My wife and I had not had our dryer vent cleaned since we purchased it, and the dryer at her mothers place had never been cleaned in at least 20 years. My Wife called Golden's Good Air, they were very accomadating on scheduling both residences on the same morning. Each took about an hour or a tad bit more. the cost was very reasonable. they were professional very polite and took great care of the appliances.

He provided several good suggestions on help to prevent blockages in the future as well. We will more than likely be calling on an annual basis to have this done.

Goldens was hired to do 2 homes for us my wifes mom's home and ours. He arrived on time was very professional even though he was training a new helper, While at her mom's home they took about 30 in's to complete which surprised me seeing as how the vent had not been cleaned in over 20 years. Price was very reasonable for the work done, they were very polite and respectful of the property. Once finished there he came to our home, and cleaned our vents and the back of the dryer as well. It also had never been cleaned, this took him about 45 minutes, again they were very professional and polite, the cost was extremely reasonable. They took great care of the appliance as they moved it in and out and back from and to its location. He suggested we have the vents cleaned every year depending on use. We will for sure use Goldens Good Air again when it is time to clean the dryer vent.

Golden's Good Air Services fit the bill and arrived as scheduled to both diagnose the problem with our dryer air vent , and the owner crawled into a narrow space above the garage to repair a vent situation. He went above and beyond the call on a very hot Saturday! We highly recommend these professionals.

I didn't realize dryer vents could get that dirty and not to mention backed up. Thank God [redacted] came out, he took the time to show us that the back dryer hose was practically busted in half, all clogged up, the inside of the dryer was so full of lint on the back wheel, that we may have had a house fire in another month or two. After [redacted] serviced our dryer and replaced the hose, our dryer runs like brand new. What use to take 2 cycles to dry clothes now only takes 1 and it usually only takes 20 minutes to dry a load of towels. Goldens Good Air is awesome and we highly recommend them.

We have had other duct-cleaning services in the past, but never such excellent work as received from Golden's Good Air. They were completely thorough, professional, efficient, exceptional in every way. We are a permanent customer of Golden's Good Air.

I had my dryer repair work done by [redacted], and the gentle man told me about [redacted] Golden. Being from Minnesota our vents systems are on the exterior wall of the home, not vented up and out threw the roof. I was explained by [redacted] how the vents systems in Arizona differ from Minnesota, and he also proceeded to tell me that the importance of having this maintain for the dryer to keep the dryer working properly and getting great use from it,along with hazards that can happen. Being I'm a daughter of a Fire Marshall, I didn't even think of that, and my thoughts are when some one buys a home that part of inspection for the home owner would be be coming from the building inspector to suggest to have there vents checked/ cleaned out for saftey reasons alone. I had Golden's Good Air come out to clean my air ducts and dryer at a house I just bought. They did a fabulous job! Very professional and great quality of work. They even were able to move my appointment time up. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for these types of services.

I asked for our 12 air vents cleaned, and the system works much better, and does not run as often while keeping the same temperature setting, night and day, on the thermostat. My eyes no longer burn and tear because the indoor air quality is improved. Mr. [redacted] also did a chimney sweep for the front room wood burner, and shortened and cleaned the clothes dryer vent so that it is now more efficient, while I was awed by the fact that they continued to work nonstop for five hours; they were professional, pleasant, and respectful to one another and to me when I asked questions. They CLEANED-UP, vacuumed and hand swept putting collected dust, debris, and particles in their garbage bags that they disposed of, and asked me to do a WALK-THROUGH with them throughout our two floors, three bedrooms, and the two bathrooms with exhaust fans that were cleaned, too. Mr. [redacted] and his helper, [redacted], were fantastic. I am overjoyed having the better condition that we now appreciate living in comfortably. [redacted]
