At least I hope that was the problem, or I guess she could have been the 3rd incredibly rude employee I talked to that day pretending to not speak English I still have not gotten a call back almost months laterEmployees laughing and hanging up on customers is not an acceptable business practice in most businesses....I guess it is in the cut rate junk ATV industry Yes I did order parts so I could put an ATV back together and get rid of itThe only place to buy parts for most of these Roketa machines is through them...and they didnt even have the right parts that I neededI had to modify parts from a different machine to make them work on the one I got rid of Waiting for the call from "***" I was promised and the explaination for the terrible customer serviceRead online reviews about Roketa...This isn't an isolated incident and the quality of the machines is terrible
