The credit union reached out to our member after receiving the initial complaint on 9-29-On Saturday October 3rd, our member came in and we did an account transfer due to fraudOur hope is to give him peace of mind and start fresh since his personal information was compromised with OPM’s data
breachWe also placed a verbal password on his account, per his request in the complaint, and suggested that he sign up for Fraud DefenderWhen we did the account transfer we told him that we would status the complaint on Revdex.com as resolvedHe did not have any objections to this and left happyWe believe we have resolved the concerns of our member

Goldenwest Federal Credit Union has reviewed the complaint filed by our member, [redacted]. We have spoken to her about the fees incurred on her account, and explained to her that it is our members’ responsibility to understand the terms and conditions for our products, and that our members are...

responsible for knowing their balances. We provide online banking and a very user friendly mobile app to provide our members with the most up to date information on their account.  As a courtesy to our member, we reversed the fees on her account.
