Goldfarb Properties has unethical business practices. In fact please take pictures and video of any apartment upon moving in and definitely when moving out. I rented an apartment from Goldfarb on two occasions and I discovered that they will try to charge excessive amounts of money for normal wear and tear. A refrigerator charge should not be $580 dollars a dent and two faded spots from a sticker. The dent was already in the refrigerator. Please see the attached photos. Additionally, residents should not be fraudulently charged for damages that do not exist. Like when the paralegal states that you scratched the baseboard countertop and you will have another 448 dollars deducted from your security deposit. In the original picture, there are no marks or scratches on this countertop. Additionally, there was a flood in the unit and management was slow with making the actual repairs. The picture of the full kitchen in 2013 depicts almost the same refrigerator that I had when I rented from 2017 to 2019. At this time since people can no longer smoke in there apartments, please note that the marijuana smell travels for individuals living on the first floor. Now I just think that this company are like Bernard Madoff, Lou Pearlman, Allen Stanford and Gary Gauthier. A bunch of convicted Ponzi scheme crooks.
