I am rejecting this response because: I have attached pictures of the signs where myself and my coworkers parked our vehicles. These signs state "Goldfield Trading Post Parking" and "Unauthorized Vehicles Will Be Towed." According to the posted policies, I was not in any violation. I am still seeking a reimbursement for the towing fees.Thank you for your time.[redacted]

Review: To Whom It May Concern:On December 23, 2014, my coworkers and I came into Goldfield Trading Post for a holiday work lunch. We had a party of 6. Three of us parked in their parking lot which specifically states that the lot is for customers only. Since we were paying customers and there is nothing stating we cannot leave the establishment, we left for a short period of time to walk off our lunch and drinks. Upon returning, my car was missing. The other two cars from our party were still in the lot. Someone in their establishment notified us that a car was towed by the owner of Goldfields. I completely understand why they need to tow cars that do not belong in their lot. However, they mistakenly towed a paying customer. I was charged a total of $265 for the tow.I was notified to speak with a [redacted]. I was told the owners were easy going and would likely work something out. I called numerous times and left my information. I never received a call back. After 3 weeks, I was able to get ahold of [redacted]. He notified me he was just a general manager and had nothing to do with the situation and said I need to talk to the owner, [redacted]. He assured me [redacted] would call me within the next few days.Again after receiving no call back, I emailed a general email and one of the owners who handles the events. After two weeks of no response again, I emailed the events page on their website and their [redacted] page. I finally received a response from the [redacted] email stating:"Sorry [redacted], but it is not our policy to reimburse previous customers if their cars were towed. We have a very strict policy in regards to our private lot. Once you leave our establishment, your car needs to leave with you. Before we tow cars out of our lot we make sure to check with every patron who is inside Goldfield to make sure we don't tow their cars. Since you were not there to claim your car, we towed it. Thank you, Management"Desired Settlement: I am seeking a full reimbursement for the towing fees. However, I would be open to negotiating a partial reimbursement. I would also like the establishment to update their signs and make their policy fully clear for their customers to prevent this from happening to anyone else. If the establishment had showed any kind of remorse and offered anything, I would not be making this complaint. They didn't return my calls or emails and didn't offer me so much as a free meal.
