Review: I ordered my husband a very expensive 14k gold pendant on August *, 2013. On August [redacted] at 9:22am I received and email from Goldia.com claiming the address I provided did not match my financial institution address in addition to the incorrect dollar figure for the pendant and them requesting I use a pay pal account. 5 minutes later on August [redacted] at 9:27am I received a credit memo for this order for the correct amount but no mention of any address problems. I called them immediately trying to make sure everything was ok and got an answering machine at which I left a message. I did not hear from them so I called on August [redacted] at 9:45am and left another message with both my home and cell phone numbers because I was leaving for the morning, again no response from them. At 1:17pm I sent them an email trying to find out what was going on and again did not receive a response but looked on my credit card statement to see that the pendant was charged to my account-they put the charge through on the [redacted] and it cleared on the [redacted]. I left another message at 3:48 trying to find out what was going on and stated that if I did not hear from them by the end of business day the order was to be cancelled and the charges on my credit card would be disputed....again I did not hear from them. This morning, August [redacted] at 2:23am I finally got an email from them again saying there was a discrepancy and the payment was supposed to have been cancelled to prevent fraudulent charges and they again asked me to use a paypal account. My credit card is still displaying the charge so I emailed them back cancelling the order and requesting a credit on my credit card also requesting they contact me to confirm they will cancel the order and credit my account. Obviously I do not believe they will ever return my calls and credit my account so I am requesting your assistance in trying to resolve this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like my order cancelled with goldia.com and my credit card credited the amount they charged for the 14k gold pendant.

Review: They have advertised a watch

Luminox Series 1500 Deep Dive Automatic Black Dial Mens Watch 1505 for $299 (original price $1,570.99) but when I placed the order it got immediately rejected and after they processed my payment they refunded it without any reason. When I enquired they told me it was out of stock. I asked them when will it be in stock they told me dont know and offered me 15% coupon to use in their store for any other product. I told them this watch was 80% off not 15% and on top of that when they processed my payment my credit card charged me 5% transaction fee which they never refunded. I also complained to [redacted] about this advertisement. They have not taken this add down and one can go and order it again. Here is the link:

They said they will ask their vendor when this will be available and after waiting for a week they told me that they still do not know.Desired Settlement: Refund 5% that the credit card charged me for this transaction and find me this watch.

Or give me 80% of a similar watch.

Hello,This item became out of stock before we could update our inventory levels. We sent an email to them about this however they never responded so we canceled their order. They are not correct in their allegations that they were charged 5% for the credit card fees. We never charged the customer's credit card because there was no shipment at all. Also credit card fees are not that high neither. We tried to help them by offering a courtesy discount however they wanted more. We believe we are being abused by this customer. Thank you.

I paid through [redacted] which charges the credit card right away without any delay. I am attaching part of my credit card statement with relevant information only for your reference. As you can see the return I received was NOT 100% because of the 5% fee for exchange rate sine I used my Canadian credit card. I think these guys are a bunch of total scammers and the biggest proof of their trickery is that the ADD is still up on their site. Actually they have dropped their price to 172.99... This is NOT a payment issue it is Bait and Switch advertisement SCAM issue. You have tried to scam me and only God know how many others with your False advitisement and even after finding out that YOU DONT have this watch in stock you guys still keep on advertising it and not only that you have dropped the price as well. Do not try to blame someone else for your own scams. I will let [redacted] know this as well so they take you off of their site as well. You guys are utter scammers.

Review: I purchased a pair of peace sign screw back earrings on February **,2014 thru the Sears website in which goldia.com is a company that sales their jewelry thru Sears. The item # SPM7534249222 Model# JGK574. I noticed that the backs to the earring unleashed right off the back of the earrings (slid off). So I put the earrings up for safe keeping until I was able to return to Sears and see about getting better screw backs for the earring or an even exchange. Unlike Sears jewelry products this private company doesn't offer the warranty coverage for that particular item or I would have purchased it. I was told by a [redacted] at Sears that since the product was provided by this private company Goldia that I had to contact them in order to resolve the issue at hand. The way that I have taking the response thru email from Goldia is that I would have to purchase another pair of earrings in order to have the screw backs replaced being that they don't sale the screw backs separate. My question is why would I purchase another pair of earrings from this unprofessional company if the previous item was defective?Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for the company to send me another set of screw backs or another pair of earrings in exchange for the defective ones.

The person that is responded has their information twisted. I am asking for the backings to be replaced, not the whole item. Regardless of the time frame. The point of purchasing screw backs is that they don't unscrew.

LOL, that link on your return policy does nothing for me honey. It was not properly stated in the purchase. I had to find out from the Sears [redacted] about this private company selling merchandise through Sears to realize how horrible there customer service is. I am not going to keep going back and forth about the fact that you sale defected products. Being that you don't see the customer is always right and obviously not believe in customer satisfaction, again I will be more causious when making a purchase through the online sight of Sears and never recommend for anyone to make a purchase from Goldia. For they are very rude and unprfessional. How is that fair to me as the customer that this company is even privately selling there defected products through Sears? If I would have known that this was the case then I would have not finalized a purchase to begin with. I made a purchase as a Sears customer not a Goldia customer.

Review: I ordered a ring from this company that was a size 8. When I received the ring it did not fit. I contacted them and told them it was the wrong size, I asked if I could take it to a local jeweler or send it back they told me I could take it to a local jeweler it would be cheaper when the jeweler checked for clarity before sizing they discovered a crack in the diamond....I contacted them via email and they say it's not cracked it from laser drilling....the diamond is clearly cracked and I can not reach anyone by phone to get this taken care of..Desired Settlement: I would just like to receive what I ordered in good quality or a refund..

The laser drilling holes can be seen as a crack however they are holes filled with crystals. This diamond was advertised as being a clarity enhanced diamond on our website. If the customer wishes to return they need to contact us for our return instructions.

Review: I purchased a celtic 10k gold cross from Goldia received 12/**/15. I decided to return the item 2 weeks later. I have been notified by the [redacted] that shipment has been delivered and returned to Goldia located in Cambridge, MD. I have been trying to call them for the past 2 days to speak with an actual person regarding my refund and all I get is an automated system. No one has replied to my emails regarding my refund, even though it says on the website that they would contact you within an hour of sending the email. When purchasing the item I sent an email, which of course I received a response immediately, but now that I'm returning the item I'm not able to get ahold of anyone. I've left several messages and sent emails with no response. It's very upsetting to know that this company has not contacted me and I may lose money; never be reimbursed. I will never purchase anything from Goldia ever again.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned to my checking account immediately.

Review: I ordered a gold pendant from this company in June. It was of inferior quality. I called to see how to return it for a refund and spoke to [redacted]. She told me to return it to: [redacted], [redacted]. I returned it First Class with tracking. It arrived at the address at 2:34 p.m. June [redacted]. I have yet to get my refund. I have tried calling many times since then, two different numbers ###-###-#### or ###-###-####. With both numbers I just get a recorded message telling me to leave my number and someone will get back with me soon. They never do! I have an order #[redacted]. Wonderful service! the ring and the pendant I received are beyond just pretty, they are gorgeous! Much better in person (online picture was giving me doubts but I risked and do not regret). When I cancelled the earrings (prior shipping time because I got the same ones as a gift from a different store) they were very nice and refunded the full amount within a day!!! I will definitely shop at that place again!
