The circumstances of *** *** tenancy are not relevant to my complaintAll that is relevant is that my husband and I are due our deposit of $500, which *** *** has yet to give us despite her continuous agreements to do so since August 4thWhile her circumstances are unfortunate, personal reasons that do not allow her to do her job should be the responsibility for the person filling in for herAnything else is unprofessional Once I receive the money I am owed, I will favorably conclude this complaint

I have sent a certified letter to [redacted] a week ago demanding payment. If I do not have a check by today, 9/15/16, I will be filing a small claims suit. The end of the month is not acceptable given the previous promises for payment.

I [redacted] spoke with [redacted] about her son's Behavior [redacted] and I explain to her what he was doing at the facility her son [redacted] went to dd's department store and stole some things went back to the facility had a whole bunch of stolen goods one of the back of the house was...

trying to smoke some meth kept the clients and my staff up all night he was going up and down the stairs and out the door all night the house is normally shut down at 9 o'clock everybody asleep at 9 I spoke with [redacted] and said I will return his deposit I sent [redacted] a picture of my son had surgery in the hospital I told him as soon as my son get out of the hospital I will mail his check to him any further questions feel free to contact me once again there's some [redacted] was using drugs on the premises I will return their deposit of $500 that's no problem thank you so much warm regards [redacted].
