Review: Not that the nature of complaint is correct, but I had a collection account with Goldman & Warshaw back in 2011, the amount was $1,129.18. I paid it off June 2012, or so I thought, until I received a writ for a $66.00 balance 10/02/13. This balance is with a new law firm, [redacted], [redacted] & [redacted]. Why didn't I get something from Goldman, stating that I still owed money on the account?
Thank you for your time in this matter!Desired Settlement: I would like them to be held accountable for the fact that they need to inform their clients of any outstanding balances on accounts!
