On 10/14/2015 [redacted] signed 3yr renewal contract. (Please refer to attachment). During EMV Liability Shifts (WHICH WAS MANDATED BY [redacted] AND [redacted] AND OTHER CARD ASSOCIATIONS EFFECTIVE 10/01/2016), all of our clients had to sign 3year renewal contract for A Free Credit Card TERMINAL...

upgrade to COMPLY with EMV Regulation. THE MERCHANT REFUSED TO SIGN ADDITIONAL YEAR TO RECEIVE THE NEW EMV READY TERMINAL WITH US, BUT STARTED BUSINESS WITH A NEW PROCESSING COMPANY. The client breached the 3 year contract. AND HE NEVER RETURNED THE Terminal WHICH WAS PROVIDED BY US FREELY ON THE CONDITION OF THE THREE YEAR PROCESSING WITH US. SO WE FOLLOWED OUR STANDARD EARLY TERMINATION PROCEDURE. Also, we guided the client that the owner needs to give us written notice 60 days prior contract ending date. We NOTIFIED HIM that HE SHOULD honor the contract AND TRIED TO BRING HIM BACK numerous times, EVEN OFFERING A NEW BETTER RATES, BUT HE REFUESED the offer. IN SHORT HE BREACHED THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN HIS BUSINESS AND US.

08/01/2013,09/01/2013,10/01/2013 that our contract terms are 3 years. You signed 3 Year contract with us on 05/19/2012. The contract terms and conditions were explained to you on 05/19/2012.Please see attached copy of Equipment Purchase / Service Agreement. Terms and Conditions Clause 11 clearly mentions that "if the new owner doesn't sign with WBS, this clause is applied to the previous owner who signed with WBS."Therefore your contract term remains in effect until 05/19/2015.As we explained previously, here are ways we can help you close your merchant account.1. Please refer us a new business. If we sign the business, we will be able to close your merchant account with no further fees

I am rejecting this response because:I still have NOT received any copies of what this business is saying I signed.  The only receipt I have which is signed by this company is the one from the previous owner.  This is the only paper which this business signed and date.  They have not given me a copy of any signed contract by me!  I did NOT breach any contract because I never signed any "renewal" contract for a mandatory terminal which was now needed for me to accept the "chip" cards.  They dropped this new terminal off and I was asked to sign for the receiving the terminal ONLY.  This man specifically told me I "WAS NOT SIGNING A NEW CONTRACT".  They in turn never signed nor did they date this receipt which I supplied to them. I DID return the terminal and have already supplied the receipts showing the business received the terminal by certified mail return receipt requested.  I am asking AGAIN for copies of what they say I signed.  This is fraud and I will report them to the proper authorities.  They continue to take money from my account for a terminal that they have in their possession.

Review: I have sold the business from the location I had contract with the World Bank Card Services.

According to the contract and the law, once business is sold, owner is no longer binded through the contract.

However, the sales person didn't even tell me that and I have been paying the payments since august 2013 until now.

I believe this is very unfair business conducts that this company is practicing and want to file complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for all the unauthorized payments plus any applicable interest along with an apology. Also, stop charging any more charges from now.
