We switched to AAA on houses and cars the First of March
We have been trying to get our policies with Allstate canceled since that timeWith no luckI finally got them cancelled on Allstate's websiteThey refuse to refund all the premiums paid, since March, Which we have been paying double premiums
They only want to Pay one monthAs far as Robin
Robin is never in the office, she hard to get a hold of
If you ask her to do something, it may or may not get done
I felt bad for her, I understand she had deaths in her family
Her mother, her brother, I understand her son is in and out of rehab
Her son is also her backup person in the office, when he isn't in rehab
I understand that her boyfriend has been diagnosed with a serious illness
All of this may of happened this year, all of this may be why my insurance
didn't get cancel, the numerous times it was requested
I also understand, If I didn't check out Allstate's website, we would be
eating another mon
