My freezer is leaking so we called them. They came out and was here for like 10 minutes and said the drain was bad, my husband had to ask technician to check the freezer seal and then and only then did he say “ oh yeah it is bad” Got parts in today and they came to fix freezer. The gasket wasn’t put in the whole way , I had to push it in, my freezer door doesn’t shut anymore, I admit the door had a crack on the inside but now it is way worse and my door won’t shut!! They told me to use masking tape to keep door shut!! The technician was very rude to my husband on the phone. I will never call them again and I will tell everyone I know that they are nothing but rip offs!! We spent almost $400 for our freezer to be worse now then before they came

Technicians informed them that the door was broken, Mrs. stated that they bought it like that and to put on new gasket and p-trap that techs said was needed but that the door was broken. Went back to put on parts, it was sealed when they left, but apparently as the door was broken, that could not fix problem until they put on new door which did not want , it was too expensive. Cannot be fixed correctly until new door was purchased and put on. Techs told them gasket and p-trap bad but would not fix problem correctly. so for them to say we were rude etc. is incorrect. Mr. started screaming at techs. We will not go back into a hostile situation.
especially since techs said whole new door was needed.

This company was scheduled to come to my home to fix my refrigerator between 9 and Noon. They never showed up and did not call, finally around 12:30 they called and said they "accidently" forgot to call they got tied up on a job, I asked if they could come in around 20minutes thereabouts as I had to run an errand, they refused. I spoke with the manager a few days later who apologized and promised to come back the following Friday and make my call the 1st appointment. They never showed up and when I called they said I was not even on the schedule, I asked to speak to the manager who I had spoken to previously and they refused to let me speak to him
I would never do business with this company

I did speak to Mr. and so did the owner. Set up a call for Friday and the call was cancelled by his warranty company, therefore we did not go. It is the responsibity of the warranty company to contact there customer especially if they cancel the call. We appoligized. There was nothing we could do in this instance. Also the technicians cannot wait at someone's home for them to get there. 10 minutes leads to 15 etc., we have done this before.
