On August 21,2016 Mr. [redacted] came into Gold's Gym and put a temporary freeze on his account from that day toJanuary 18, 2017. off of freeze,like it stats on the form, and his billing resumed. We also attached past freezes that Mr. [redacted] hadrequested on his account.There are no notes or signed documentation that he cancelled his account until July 25, 2017. On thatday, he came into the club, signed a cancellation form and filled out a cancel survey to waive the 30 daynotice. At that time, we processed his cancelation and cancelled his account anrl have had no furthercharges.Furthermore, Mr. Pato stats that he wants refunded for 17 months of charges. We have no draft on hisaccount between September 2016 and December 2016. We are unsure where the 17 months of chargesare coming from on his end, unless Mr. [redacted] pays for another account we have not been notified on.At this time, we want to ensure Mr. [redacted] is taken care of and has the best experience with us,but based on the information Mr. [redacted] has provided and signed, we are unsure where any errors wheremade on our end or what we can do to fix his issue. We do not show that we owe him 17 months ofmembership dues as 17 months ago, he clearly has check ins, in our club.
