Once again, Golds Gym *** has no transfer policy or agreement with the location that this member wants to attend.? She has been misinformed by that group.Our franchise has no relationship with that Golds group.? She would have to contact their facility to have a better understanding of this.? We have nothing to do with their policy

*** *** signed up on June 7, for a month couple membership.? There were lines to be signed and are signed by this member in their contract.? Each area was explained, including dues, duration of agreement, option to cancel for relocation, option to cancel once agreement is
fulfilled,? pool addendum and credit card signature.? At this time, there is no reason to? break or cancel this contract.? Members have full written agreement as well.? They had days to read it fully and object or cancel.? Member also came to club and stated to Wendy W***, that she had somewhere else "free" to workout and that was her reason for desiring to cancelThat is not a legitimate reason either to break contract.Lynn B***GM

This member did not follow our cancellation policy, as stated in the agreement.? A call to inquire about cancellation Is not a cancellation.? She requested late fees to be refunded however she was late on her payments due to her debit card being expired and she did not notify us.?
Regardless of when she cancelled her membership our agreements state that the member will pay any dues within the next daysWe are simply following our procedure and the policys she agreed to when she joined.? If you would like a copy of the agreement I can provide that.? Thank you

I understand a call to inquire about cancellation is not cancellationThe phone call was simply to inquire about how to go about canceling the membershipIf I was given accurate information, I would have given a 30-day noticeI am fine with paying any fees that I may be responsible forIt is unfortunate that I had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com just to get a response from management which I was told I would receive when I visited the gym on 2/3/to cancel my membershipI am requesting a breakdown of the charges to my credit card for January ($***), and March ($***)Can you explain which portion of the charge was for the membership fee and which portion of the charge was for the late fees? The monthly membership fee was $*** and I was told that my last charge would be $*** on 2/20/Can you also provide an explanation for that? Lastly, I would greatly appreciate a confirmation that my cancellation was properly processed so that I will not have to have further interaction with Gold's Gym - *** ***Thanks.?

your agreement attached "all sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable" and "you may cancel this agreement within? the first business days"? (Please see agreement attached.) ? ? We do understand that the Capitol Hill location may not be as close as the Downtown location was to you, but it is only about mile away and are prepared to transfer your membership there should you like? ? Regarding your statement? about sessions not expiring, I apologize, but this is incorrect? Per your agreement attached, "All sessions? must be completed on or before agreement expires months after purchase date"? Being that you purchased your agreement in August of 2016, the sessions remaining are expired at this time? ? As we previously? offered, we are willing to extend that expiration date at this time so that you are able to use the remaining sessions at the Capitol Hill location should you so choose.? Please let us know if this is something you may want to take advantage of and we do hope for a speedy recovery for you as well!? ? ? ?

In June, my fiance was still charged for the membership.? It would appear this has not been taken care of, as he is still being charged and has not been refunded.? The proper documentation has been provided three times to this Gold's location, starting in January.? The people that I have spoke with, both Chris and Wendy said that they would take care of things.? It is not my responsibility as a guest at this gym to know who handles what.? If Wendy and Chris told me that they would handle the cancellation, then I would believe it is being taken care of.? I would have no reason to think otherwise.If the gym is saying that this has been refunded and the cancellation has been processed, I would like a document showing that (the refund processed and cancellation processed).? This has been going on too long to assume it has been completed, as I have been told on numerous occasions it had been taken care of

I'm not sure who Tracy is but she wasn’t even there or I didn’t talk to her the day of the incidentThe police was called because they (Eric) and (Maria) were clearly not listening to the real issue and they got mad when I said, "Obviously you all can’t do anything for me so I have to go above youWho is over you all?” Eric jumped to defense as he did the moment he sat down and wanted to know why I wanted to go over them and that it was nothing they could doI stated well, I know it’s someone over you and he tried to tell me I didn’t need to talk to anyone so yes, I got upset I continuously told them I did not want to talk to them and I wanted to talk to there? boss and I wanted the number to their boss and he gave me the number to the collections agency and to the cancellation servicesSo did I get mad? Yes? didThe police was called because I said I was not leaving until I got the number to their supervisorsWhen the police arrived I was standing at the front deskNo one was touched no one was hurt, they just wanted me gone because they didn’t have an answer to give me and they were dead wrongThe manager asked me to step into her office, No yelling and no screamingI asked, can I shut the door because I am upset and I don't want anyone to hear about this horrible serviceShe replied, "No but you can sit down!” I said, "Excuse me, thanks for the offer but no I’ll rather stand” and she said "Well, I'm not talking to you!” I said that's fine because there’s someone over you too and she said, "I'm the boss” I laughed and I said know your notShe then told me to leave again," I said no, I want the number to the man who runs the place and she said I’m going to call the policeI said,? “Call them I haven't committed any crime, your mad because I want to talk to the head person of the companyShe sat there at her desk and called the police and acted as if she was being touredI walked away and WAITED for the policeWhen he got there we had a civilized conversation Eric said, "You have a problem, handle it with the Revdex.com” and I said,? “I sure will” and walked out!I was not thrown out no nothingSo please, don’t act as if it was an uproar because it wasn’tYa’ll were wrong so own it.?

As I have stated previously, we do not show any record of your cancellationsThe first contact we had from you was in JulyAt that time your account was past due and we do not cancel accounts that are past dueSince that time we have cancelled your membership and waived any amount that was past due

I cannot find you in our system at all.? I tried calling you to remedy the situation and left a voicemail and never heard back from you.? I need your agreement number or bar-code? number to help you out.? Also, it would help if you follow our cancellation policy and provide
written cancellation notice to the gym.? This can be done via email or regular mail.? To avoid this in the future

Hello,I believe this is a case of miscommunicationThe account did not seem to get cancelled because we do not have a cancellation form on file for himIn order to rectify the account we will cancel the account and waive out any payments owedThere will be no refund to the account since no

Revdex.com spoke with a representative from the business who confirmed that the account was cancelled, but that the last payment that was in collections was for the day noticeThe last bill date was 6/1, which apparently did not go through apparently because the credit card had been changedHe stated
that collection calls were made on 6/11, 6/15, 6/19, 6/24, 6/He stated a letter was mailed on 7/but may not have been received since they did not have the customer's updated address in their systemHe stated that the payment was received on 8/12, and the later payment was not reported to credit agencies.? ?

Ms*** joined the gym on on a paid in full year membership and used the facility for the first few months.? She is, at the time, outside of the three day recession period to received a refund on her payment.? However, we have reached out to the member via phone to
see if we might assist her in any other way

Over the last year, we have documentation of different payments from Feb, July and Sept which were declined to insufficient funds.? they were attempted another time each during those months to get payment, along with their late fees during those months.? *** scheduled payment date has
never been changed from the 28th, but due to the draft being declined during those months, payment was fulfilled on subsequent attempts in those same months.? We do not change payment dates arbitrarily at Golds Gym.? Thank you for your concernWe hope this satisfies your complaint

*** signed up at our club on 6/17/and purchased her personal training on 7/23/In our membership clause, it does state that you can cancel due to moving however on our training agreements, it does notThere is a day cancellation policy for the training however *** was past that
