I had a bad experience this morning with this company, They came to my house to do the clean and check service for my A/C unit, They charged me $for the first minutes and $for the next minutes, the guy that came to my house was wasting the time at the beginning and then sprayed some water at the coil, they charged me $to waste the time and they said the need to come back later to finish the job So I don't recommend this company They are scammers on their prices
Scheduled a cleaning of a furnace for a hour window on a Weds Received a call from dispatch saying that although there was still minutes left in our window, and they had a man free, we would have to pay overtime to get the work done today HUH??
The woman replied that the tech already had an hour day and that if we wanted to get our job done today, we had to pay him more I said, that didn't make sense, and I definitely didn't want to pay more I asked if he could be rescheduled for the next day She said she didn't know and she would call me back I said, I was waiting for them all day and that I want the first appointment the next day She said that the best she could do was FridayHUH??? Her attitude was the opposite of what you would expect a customer service rep to be in this situation No apology, no trying to do whatever we can, just excuses like, there were storms earlier in the week She then told me that she didn't need my management companies business and I should call someone else DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT TREAT YOU LIKE A PAYING CUSTOMER THE WOMAN WHO CLAIMED TO BE THE OWNER IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL

So I don't recommend this company They are scammers on their prices.
