Since I spent a lot of money out of my pocket to drive to Verona,NY for the Trebdzoom hairshow and LAVA Nightclub party, I would like a refundThe $included attending the hairshow and party but they gave us a hard time at the nightclub which is unacceptable since we weren't underage

Conversation #1                               [redacted] had called the store inquiring about a class we were offering on August 15th. [redacted]...

started off asking specifics about the class that I did not have the answers to. I wrote down her specific questions, name and contact number so I can call her back with the correct information. Before getting off the phone with her I asked if she has ever taking a class with us before ( we asked this question to anyone that maybe new to our company to make sure we know specific details about them to transfer over to our sales consultants to follow up after) so I can update her on policy and procedure. [redacted] then informed me it has been 8 years because she had taken time off to take care of her children and wants to get back into the industry which reflects on why she called and inquired about that class. I then took her through the steps of how to get her signed up for class. Step 1: Look her up in our computer system to see if her account is current or even still in there. Step 2: all depends on step one, which she was not in our system anymore. I let [redacted] know the procedure to get her account back which consists of the customer brining in a current up to date cosmetology license into the store because our computer system requires specific information off of it in order to make an account. [redacted] then said to me we will discuss that further when you call me back. I told her she should be hearing from me in about a hour.  Conversation #2                                Within a hour I gathered the information for her and contacted her back. The info I retrieved about class was exactly what she was looking for so she wanted to sign up for class. I then back tracked to our previous conversation and she informed me that it would be an issue to bring in her cosmetology license considering her license has been expired for 8 years. She also stated that renewing her license was on her to do list but not a top priority. I then try to explain further into detail why its important for us to have an updated license and up dated information in our system and its required by everyone who shops in our store. She then became frustrated and asked to speak with the manager.
