Placed an order on 5/25/16. Never received product. Now I can't get my refund. Ordered 2 replacement slings for my outdoor chase lounge chairs. On 5/25/16. They take 4-6 weeks. Winston, key west style. #7229. Fabric #963A. Made a down payment of $161.00. I finally called the manufacturer and they say they never received the order. I kept calling and Goles said they were coming but they have never even placed the order. I've asked for a refund two times over the phone. He was suppose to credit my card but has not. It's been two weeks that I've asked for credit. I have bought many things from Goles in the past but the son is now running the store and he's ruining it. He has lied to me for the entire summer. My order # is XXXXXX sales contract XXXXX. I used my [redacted] card.Desired SettlementNeed help with getting refund and letting other people know about the business practices of this store
I purchased a Patio Table & Chair set including 4 chair cushions for $2828.88 cash. I have never received the cushions.On 6/20/15 I purchased from Mr ** Gole a complete Patio Set--table # [redacted] and 4 chairs #[redacted] with cushions for $2828.88 cash. With the understanding that the display cushions would not match our existing porch furniture, Mr Gole told me to take them home to be certain and if not happy return them and he would order cushions to match. I did this and returned the 4 unused cushions on 6/22/15. At this time I selected 4 other cushions from the choices he provided from his sample book. [redacted]. Mr Gole said no problem and delivery would be 4 to 5 weeks.This seemed fair to me and I left happy. Since that day I have called him repeatedly and even gone to his store 4 times-- all with no result. Each time just another excuse ranging from "fabric out of stock" , "lost delivery" , "ice storm delay" to finally "silence". Until recently my discussions with Mr Gole, the company VP, have been amiable but on our last phone conversation ,several months ago, he told me to stop calling him. Whereupon I said if I could not get a resolution it would force me to go to Small Claims Court. I still have not received the 4 cushions I paid for , nor has Mr. Gole communicated with me!Desired SettlementI simply want the 4 Patio Cushions I have ordered and paid for on 6/20/2015
