Dear Revdex.com, This complaint was resolved directly with the consumer on 4/14/ Please see attached attachments for verification that application fees were refunded in a prompt manner following their request There was a miscommunication during the application process For self-employed applicants, we require proof of income in the form of bank statement and in some cases, we do request tax returns In the particular situation, we requested tax returns in addition to bank statements For the inconvenience and since the policy was not clearly outlined on our website, we did refund the entire application fee to resolve and close this issue The consumer responded acknowledging receipt of the refund Thank you Best Regards, [redacted] Asset Management
