We certainly apologize about the confusion with [redacted]'s order. Quite often there are promotions on the website that require the consumer to enter a coupon code to activate. So while it might say something like 'Free shipping on orders over $100' there will also be messaging...
instructing the user to enter a coupon code at checkout to take advantage of the offer.We have credited [redacted] back a total of $462.05 as requested and hope to earn his business in the future.
