We refunded the customer’s purchase on 1/25/2018 for his purchase which was made on 1/24/ The refund can take one business day to process Golf Caddie Outlet sent Kam Ma an apology email on 1/24/to notifying him the shipment of the product would be delayed
until February 10th, and asking him if he still wanted to move forward with the purchase and wait until it was back in stock. Below are two emails we sent to the customer informing him of the situation and acknowledging the refund as well as offering an accessory upgrade for the inconvenience of the delay if he chose to wait longer to receive the productHe was initially informed the shipment would take to days to receive like our website states which is possible 95% of the time and if there are any delays we always notify the customer and give refunds if requested as we did with *** ** Attached is the invoice showing the refund. Not sure the issue here. Unfortunately these business problems occur and we contacted *** ** the same day he made the purchase to give him an update and then various options including a refund
