First, I must say that this customer has completely distorted the actual events and statementsWhether intentional or not, I cannot say so I'll just present the facts.Mr& Mrs*** *visited our store in early November to purchase batteries for a rarely used cart that they were planning to
sell. As I do with all customers, I informed them that we had new & used batteries and provided the pricing for both types.Since we sell hundreds of used batteries each year, I very clearly explain that used batteries are sold as is because I can only warrant that they are good on the date of the sale. In fact, our invoices (as the actual one that is attached for the *** purchase) states that "All used parts and carts are sold as-is".Regardless, after the batteries were sold, Mr*** contacted us to tell us that he was still having trouble with the cart. Upon review, we found that a battery was bad and replaced it at no cost. Subsequently, a few weeks later, he contacted us again to say that he was still having problems and we AGAIN replaced another battery that we determined to be weak AT NO COST.Then, on 2/2/16, Mr*** showed up to our store and stated that he sold the cart and that the new owner was only getting about miles out of a charge. I explained that I sold him used batteries and that as batteries wear, so does their performance and that a mile range is probably about right. He argued that I told him that these were as good as new and that I should refund his purchase. This is the one truth of the *** complaint... I did tell Mr*** that I didn't appreciate him calling me a liar as I try to run a reputable business and am very careful about what is told to customers when they are purchasing used batteries. He decided to leave and threatened this report and my response was that I will dispute it. At no time was I belligerent or disrespectful... I was merely firm in our company's position, which was not what he wanted to hear

I have never done a review before.

So here goes the best company in Arizona and maybe the USA is.

Golf Cart Parts, LLC.

Gilbert, AZ 85233

Last November I bought a American Sportworks TW400 here in Coolidge, AZ.

This September we received a recall notice for the TW400, and we had a issue with the parking break.

We were told to go to Golf Cart Parts to have the work done.

When we got there the first thing was the young man told me to park it at the rear of the building.

I went inside to take care of some paper work.

On the way to the show room we found that the shop and the show room were clean enough to eat of the floors.

After that we came out to find that my machine was power washed.

We went home to Coolidge.

The next week we got a call telling me that the recall was done but that they had convinced [redacted] to allow them to fix the parking break and that part would come from them.

Today the parts came and we got the call to get the TW400.

When we got there the young man said hello to me, and we went to the show room, got my paper work,

the TW400 was parked behind my trailer for me to load.

What I found was my TW400 very clean and polished, way more than I expected.

All this for no cost to me.

This is a first rate company..
