The rack is clearly marked ALL SALES FINAL and when he brought it back the first time I decided to do an exchange since he did not ask for a refund. Ordinarily when the prices are **% off it is a final sale. When he did the exchange I did inform...
him of the Final Sale policy and noted it on his receipt incase he tried to return it at a later date.
When he did attempt to return it I then informed him that the first item was a final sale sop therefore I would let him exchange the windshirt but that in fact he could not return it for money.
And I find it odd with his good memory he did not inform you of the language he used when he heard my response.
I stand by our store policy on Final Sale items but would again
offer the exchange on the value of the original sale item, $[redacted] plus tax,and the $[redacted] plus tax he paid above that amount I could return to him in the same fashion as he paid for it.

I was absolutely not informed.
The rack is not clearly marked all sales final. There is a half sheet of paper with SALE written on it and something written in the bottom left hand corner that was not discernible from even a few feet away at the cash register. Like I said when I was there, if you're walking by the rack you approach it from the side to look at the clothing, not the front. I asked her if it said "no returns" on the sign and her reply was "I don't know."
I have the receipt and it is not "noted".
When I returned the first time I did not speak with her originally. I spoke to a young male before going to look around.
The original item was not **% off. The sale item was [redacted] and the original price was not $[redacted].
Her response to me saying, "How am I supposed to know?" was not that she had told me previously, it was regurgitating the policy.
