Review: Ordered golf grips on May 31st, 2014, and have yet to receive the grips. Have tried calling the business 23 times, but no one will answer the phone. Have also tried to email then 4 times and no one will respond to the emails either.Desired Settlement: The total order was $19.13, I feel that I should be given a refund because I never received my order nor did the business ship the order.
Review: I submitted an order online on May 20, 2014. As of current, it shows that I did place an order AND they even withdrew the money from my account. I have received no notification that my order has been processed, shipped, and/or on back order. Since submitting my order, I have placed several calls and emails to the company, however, I receive no response. The number that they have listed, rings and then goes to a voicemail.Desired Settlement: If they cannot ship me my order immediately, I would like a full refund.
