Review: This store randomly closed without any notice and I have a gift certificate that I want refunded and there is no way to contact anyone. They are closed but there is still merchandise inside the store. I have contacted the corporate office and they replied to my email but I haven't heard anything back yet. Basically they told me they can't help me because they are just a franchisor and they don't have any kind of online store. Desired Settlement: All I would like is a refund or the opportunity to purchase something with the certificate.
