This is in response to Complaint ID [redacted] from Sioux Falls, SD In reviewing the records I see that [redacted] placed an order on 5/16/the order #with a total of $ It appears customer changed his mind and ordered an RMA on 5/28/ I checked with [redacted] , who is our CS Team Managerit appears that this may have been overlooked as it was moved to a closed ticket [redacted] has contacted the customer at [redacted] and also emailed [redacted] A full refund was issued on 9/17/$was refunded back into the customers Visa card [redacted] did receive email notification from the customer.I also have responded to the customer via Facebook to insure this issue will be taken care ofI have also received a response from the customer.My next step is to personally call the customerthe time is 9:38am MTI will be calling the number on file [redacted] My goal is to make sure he is taken care of and to ask that he also notifies Revdex.com that this issue is resolved.I will also follvia email.I will consider this issue closed.Thank You, [redacted] - [redacted]

My name is *** ***, *** of Golf Fuel I have reviewed the order #*** for customer *** *** I then proceeded to call ###-###-#### and talked to *** in detail about the product purchased and our refund policy In this situation, the product purchased
did not meet expectations and I will refund the full amount of $ I also followed up with our Customer Service Team
I then emailed *** my contact information, refund will take up to hours to hit his CC *** will reply via email once the refund is complete
Customer was left in good standing and was satisfied with the outcome of our discussion

with [redacted], who is our CS Team Manager... it appears that this may have been overlooked as it was moved to a closed ticket.  [redacted] has contacted the customer at [redacted] and also emailed [redacted]  A full refund was issued on 9/17/15. $643.65 was refunded back into the customers Visa card.  [redacted] did receive email notification from the customer.I also have responded to the customer via Facebook to insure this issue will be taken care of...
