Golf Marketing

Review: We contracted with Hole-in-one.com to insure a putting contest for our charity golf tournament. We followed the contest rules to the letter of the contract and had a winner of a $5,000 putt. They have yet to complete the processing of this claim and the event took place on September 17, 2013. It has been over 6 months. We have provided unedited video footage and more witnesses than were contractually needed. They are not arguing that we breached the contract, they are just not moving at all to process it.Desired Settlement: We would simply like for them to honor the contract that we paid for and send the winner his money. They have taken what should have been a joyous occasion from our children's charity golf event and turned it into something that has become an embarrassment to our non-profit organization.
