I would like to apologize for the inconvenience the guest experience at our hotelWe do provide free WIFI to our guest at our hotel but poor signal does occur in Some areas of hotel on random occasionWe are aware of that and are working toward fixing the issue.Regarding the Bedbugs issue, our
housekeeping staff is trained to do visual check for bedbugs on daily basis and they didn't report any issue with the roomAlso, the room was rented out on daily basis and none of the previous guests complaint about it and for that reason, we were not aware of the issue before your stayWe are not denying the issue and for that reason we refunded $to the guest for second night stay immediatelyOur record shows that guest stayed in the room entire night and Checked out in the morning next day therefore, we will refund $to the guest's Credit card.Once again, I would like to apologize for inconvenience.Sincerely,*** ***!General ManagerRodeway Inn, Ventura
