I had scheduled a golf vacation with my wife to the Dominican Republic Due to a wrist injury (that will require surgery) I was unable to play but my wife did playTrip was paid in full via credit card and I had requested a refund for my golf fees minus my ride along fees since my wife did play Ty D [redacted] agreed to refund multiple times I started the process three plus weeks before the trip Had numerous telephone conversations and email exchanges with MrD [redacted] regarding refund only to get endless excuses for not following up from (1) he forgot from our initial conversation since he was at a trade show in Chicago, (2)on my second call he stated he had loss his notes, (3) on a third all he said he no longer had my credit card number in his files due to a computer merge, (4) once he got number again said he changed merchant companies and had to send me a refund other than on my credit card since the initial transaction was done with a past merchant company and (5) he did not send a bankcheck as promised following another email contact Others customers have apparently had same problem getting refundsStill have not received refund though I complied with all his informational requests.Now have to engage a third party to seek funds Would NOT suggest ANYONE do business with this company or MrD [redacted] since he does not follow up and do what he says he will do and ALWAYS has an excuse Now not answering his cell phone, not returning calls or messages
