Review: On October 27. 2014 I purchased golf lessons on my [redacted] totaling $300.00. On November 25, 2014, I purchased additional lessons on my [redacted] Card totaling $500.00; all charges were made to Golf Tour Trailer. However, I suffered a back injury in December 2014 and was told by my doctor that I could not play because I was not able to make the rotation to swing a golf club. As a result, I was never able to take any of the lessons that I paid for. On June 30, I contacted Mr. [redacted] and requested a refund in the mount of $800. I stated in the email that I was not interested in taking lessons with another golf pro. He referred this matter to his Business Manager, Ms. [redacted]; who was included in the June 30 email. On July 2, I contacted [redacted]s and [redacted] to file an official claim for credit to my account. One July 6, Ms. [redacted] called an indicated that she would be sending me a check totaling $800. She stated that she had verified this amount with my former Instructor who no longer lived in VA. After speaking with her on July 6, I notified my credit card companies to remove the claim. On July 13, I called Ms. [redacted] because I still had not received my refund via mail, as promised. She stated that her records indicated that I had already received a credit for $500. I informed her that I was still owed the remaining balance of $300; she said she would send me a check in this amount.
I followed up with [redacted] on July 14 and they indicated that the merchant had never credited my account in the mount of $500.00. As a result, Golf Tour Trailer has not been truthful in their interactions with me regarding processing my refund, mailing the refund, nor the correct amount that is due to me as a former business patron.
As a result of these ongoing problems, I reopened my request for refund on July 14, 2015 with [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund processed immediately.
