I ordered a pair of golf shoes on [redacted] the merchant. I have not received the product and the merchant will not return e-mails.I ordered a pair of golf shoes on [redacted] the merchant. On [redacted] I sent an email to the merchant stating that the tracking system showed that the product was delivered however I had not received the product. I received an e-mail [redacted] the merchant stating that the product was delivered by USPS and I should check with my neighbors to see if they had received the package. I e-mailed [redacted] later in the evening on [redacted] to advise him that I had checked with my neighbors and no one had received the package. I then e-mailed the merchant on [redacted] stating that I had still not received the package. I attempted to contact the merchant on [redacted] and [redacted] via the phone number provided and I kept receiving a voice mail stating that they were helping other customers and there is no opportunity to leave a voice mail. I sent a final e-mail to the merchant asking for an update and have yet to receive any response via e-mail or phone.Desired SettlementI am requesting a refund for the golf shoes and shipping charges.Business Response We spoke to [redacted]. We are shipping him another pair of shoes to resolve the issue. This should take care of his complaint. Our apologies for the issue seemingly the shoes were lost in transit.

Cannot use item where I liveBought range finder,laser link model and their is no golf courses with the prisms on the flag pole, within 60 miles of where I live, I believe that customers should be aware of this. I cannot use the range finder on any course.Desired SettlementRefund or one that will work on courses around home, [redacted]Business' Initial Response The manufacturer makes rangefinders some of them require pin prisms in order for the laser to reflect back and get accurate distances. [redacted] purchased such a rangefinder and the description did say that a pin prism is required.With that said, if the item is unused and can be resold, then we will gladly take it back in accordance with our return policy. However if the item cannot be resold, then it is difficult to offer any sort of refund or reimbursement.

GolfEtail refuses to refund shipping charges for an order I want to return because the shoes do not fit properly.On [redacted] 2014, I purchased a pair of [redacted] Shoes, size [redacted] medium from GolfEtail via their eBay site. I paid [redacted] for the shoes plus [redacted] shipping charges. On [redacted] I received the shoes and they did not fit. I immediately contacted GolfEtail about the problem and requested an exchange for a larger size. they advised me that their inventory procedure did not permit exchanges and I would have to get a refund and then reorder the needed size. They also advised that they would not refund my initial shipping charges and I would have to pay the shipping charges to return the shoes for the refund. In other words, I would have to pay shipping both ways for the refund. I advised GolfEtail that I did not feel this was fair and that I was ok with paying to ship the shoes back to GolfEtail but my refund should be for the full cost of the shoes plus the initial shipping charge of [redacted] They refused to meet this expectation. When I reminded them that their web site advertises "!00% satisfaction Guaranteed", they advised me that I didn't purchase from their web site, that I purchased from their eBay site. Implicit in that statement is that if a consumer purchases from GolfEtail's eBay site, there are no guarantees.All I want GolfEtail to do on this matter is provide me a refund of the full amount paid for the shoes and the shipping charges ( [redacted] + [redacted] am fine with paying the shipping costs to return the shoes to GolfEtail if they will agree to provide the full refund I've requested.After numerous communications with GolfEtail, they still refuse to provide the full refund. I have also opened a case with eBay on this matter.Desired SettlementA full refund of [redacted] for the shoes that don't fit and the initial shipping charges I paid to have the shoes shipped to my home.Business Response Thank you for the email. I understand your concern surrounding your return, however our return policy is clearly stated on the[redacted] listing from which you purchased your shoes. The return policy states, ".... If you just want to return the item, email us within 30 days of receipt for an RA#, then ship the item(s) back to us. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund LESS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGE and a handling fee not to exceed 15%. ...." (my highlights).With that said, the return policy is clearly stated.

I recently won at auction a pair of adidas golf shoes at a great price, shipping cost were best I'VE paid from California, and I was surprised that 5 days later they arrived here on the east coast of Canada. I will buy from them again.
