This complaint is going on a year old They had contacted me said it was resolved were sending out a gift certificate but one never came They promised something to me just to close the claim then I never heard from them again

Hi Ms. [redacted],I would like to take this opportunity to apologize that your last visit was not the unique and exciting family experience we strive to offer every guest. Due to the nature of the promotion, Saturday Morning Mania is not available to purchase online and is not listed in our online...

store. The admission is only available here at the location the day of the event. What you did purchase were 2 e-gift cards at a value of $10 each. Unfortunately, the e-gift cards were not able to be accepted at the special event register. The $1.61 covered the sales tax on both admissions, which were $10 each. I do agree that this could have been handled better as well as a better reaction from the supervisor when a unique customer situation is encountered. I will have a few of our staff members review the information on our website and make sure any grey areas are conveyed more clearly. If you have any specific areas that you believe should be improved, please let me know so I can send them to our tech department for consideration. Additionally, I would like to send a $20 gift certificate so that you may return with your family in hopes that your next visit is an enjoyable one. Please let me know if this is an amicable resolution. For more than 50 years, Golfland has strived to provide a unique and entertaining experience for families. I apologize we did not meet this goal on your last visit. I am confident your next experience with us will be a good one.
