Further, AMEX has disputed over $70,of materials on our behalf and sided with us against a a merchant (a building supply house) where materials were purchased on our credit card for use on other customers job sites (we've alleged)Additionally we've also alleged that the Golfo's purchased materials on our credit card and later returned them for store credit to the Golfo master account at the building supply house rather than to the client credit card
