The vendor is rushing the divot tools however since they are personalized items it takes a couple daysI just spoke with the vendor and they are aware of the situation and will be shipping the tools via UPS next day air on Thursday and they will arrive FridayUnfortunately that is the absolute fastest turnaround time they could achieveI hope this is satisfactoryI would also like to send you a $gift card for your inconvenienceIs that acceptable? We spoke a few days ago in regards to this situationAs explained on the phone call our venders had stated that this item was in stock at the time of your purchaseWe received notification shortly afterwards that this was not the case and as quickly as possible
we sent out a notification to you explaining that the item was no longer available and offering a 20% discount on another itemI also offered on the phone call to maybe find another item and see if we can work on the pricing at allWe would still like to offer you either the 20% off another pair or if you prefer we can look through the items we have in stock and I can see what the best price I can offer would beWe understand this was unexpected and an inconvenience and once again we are very sorry for mon our partPlease let us know if you would like to move forward with either offer or if there is anything else we can assist with

I am rejecting this response because: It is Saturday and it still isn't here.  It was first supposed to be here October 17th, then November 4th, then yesterday November 7th.  Once again you have not met your obligations.
