This company is not honest or ethical With the installation of my AC unit we had to call the owner David out to redo the wiring to the unit because it would click on and off I would have to shake the unit to get it to come on It took several calls for them or rather say David who is the Licensed owner to come out Another employee named Jennifer called back months later trying to have me pay for a follow up service when we were supposed to have a free follow up months later which never happened When David called we purchased a *** WiFi Unit and I asked David if he could install the unit I was told the unit was defective and to take it back Upon returning that unit I purchased a Nest which David said he could put in My husband called Nest and put the unit in himself APT left wiring all throughout the attic and even lied about not changing wires upstairs David cracked the Nest balance on the Nest wiring unit and messed up the floor board in the Attic This company is very unprofessional and unethical I would not use this company and have to find another company to come out and check the wiring

We set up the customers service for 08/11/2015, once the tech found the customer needed a new coil he added some freon to the customers unit to help get them by unit the warranty company ordered the part needed. The tech has contacted the warranty several times in regard to the service claim and given the information need more then once. We are having issues with the warranty company taking proper notes for customers service. I am currently handling a claim for another customer for the same warranty company that I myself have given the same information at least twice and for some reason they are still not showing the information we have provided. I have spoken to a supervisor in the authorizations department about the issue and have arranged with him to be able to email in the information they need to keep this issue from happening again.
