Review: Sometime near the begnning of December, we went on GoMerch.com and were trying to be the first of 500 (possibly 300, the people weren't clear), to order a limited edition mug. When we put all of the information in; and we made sure multiple times that it was correct; it told us that the credit card wouldn't go through. So, we tried it again and it said the same thing. We then tried it with a different card. After about 30 minutes, we stopped because we figured the mugs were already sold out. About 10 minutes after that; my parents checked their bank balance and we were informed that 40 dollars had been taken out; 20 dollars from each of the credit cards that we tried.
At first we thought that we did manage to get the mug, but it took a while to go through. We didn't think much of it for a while, but after two or three days, we became suspicious that we never recieved a confirmation e-mail or any type of alert to inform us of our purchase.
We sent multiple e-mails to GoMerch and we also tried multiple phone numbers; both numbers we tried were disconnected or led to somewhere else; and our e-mails were never replied to.
The 40 dollars that was taken out of our account has still not been returned to us.Desired Settlement: I want multiple things as a settlement.
For one, I either want BOTH of the mugs we apparently ordered or a replacement of something that costs the same 40 dollars they stole from us.
Secondly, I don't want this done to anyone else. I've heard multiple complaints from other GoMerch customers about never recieving confirmation e-mails and that needs to change.
And finally, I'd like an apology.
Review: I've ordered a Bundle from this store and they charged the price of a priority mail service that took around 7 months to get until here... [They have shipped later than they said at the moment of the purchase]. When I got the order, there was an item missing from the discription of the product. I've checked and other customers have recieved it... When I asked for the missing item they said they wouldn't offer me because that wasn't available, so they could refund me with 10 dollars or a tshirt. My order has the price of 100 dollars.
The Bundle contained: 1 CD, 1 LP, dices, playing card, a hoodie, a tshirt, a keychain, a poster and an ash tray.
My bundle came without the Ash Tray...Desired Settlement: I want the Ash Tray. It's a collector edition and yes, this makes all the difference.
