Review: Accountant failed to file our 2011 tax forms electronically, due to admitted negligence. While attempting to remedy this, they've neglected to respond to e-mails/phone calls. Just received another letter from IRS and need to get this taken care of ASAP.Desired Settlement: Complete filing of our 2011 tax returns, and receipt/letter of confirmation proving the matter has been resolved.

Review: After numerous errors that have resulted in several audits, I have asked the accountant to review my last submitted return as it turned out the information they submitted has a financially substantial difference from that submitted the prior year. I have called since July 2013 and have either been told someone would get back to me or the issue will be reviewed. I simply want an amendment done so that, as in the past, I don't end up paying substantial fines/penalties. The accountant has been dodging calls or having someone claim he's in meetings. I can't go to this office because it's in a secure building that doesn't allow anyone to sit and wait without being properly identified and announced by the accountant. That means he can continuously dodge calls and hide in his office away from myself and other clients who have the same issues with him. Given his fees are outlandish, there should be at least a minimum of courtesy and attempts to resolve the situation. He's made it clear he doesn't care about satisfactory resolution and I've been extremely patient through this continued disrespect. I'd like the information corrected so I can move on; I should not have to pay another accountant to fix this CPAs continued errors.Desired Settlement: I would like the 2012 returns fully reviewed and amended where necessary. The mistake is extremely costly. If he doesn't want to do the work then he should refund my fee so that I can pay someone else to fix the mistakes. Thank you.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Charles Gomez & Associates regarding complaint ID [redacted]. They are not responding to email, and phone calls are not returned. I would go directly to their office but it is located in a building where a security pass is required to go to any of the offices -- and I cannot obtain a pass without the accountant providing his approval to the security guards.
