Since we bought our house, Gomez Contracting has done a wide array of work for us, from replacing the roof and siding to fixing plumbing, electrical, and crawl space issuesThey single handedly transformed the house from a money pit to a comfy, cozy home

First we like to apologize again to the customer,We admitted 100% to making the mistake, expressed our regret at the error and told the home owner that there would be no charge for the repairs. To suggest that this was anything but a mistake is incorrect and the home owners accusations of scams...

and trespassing are bordering on liable. We do 5 to 8 ENTIRE roofs a week and about 10 REPAIRS a day,so we have no need for erroneous tactics to generate business. This home owner, however, has taught us a valuable lesson that we will learn from and even before their posting of this skewed review we had adjusted our policy on repairs so that incidents like this are less likely to happen in the future. Mistakes are unavoidable, repeated mistakes are inexcusable. We stand by our outstanding reputation and even though we regret this incident happened and the obvious animosity it generated with this customer we are determined to use the incident to become a better company and service provider.
