[redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] I am rejecting Mr. G[redacted],s claim due to the fact that if you were to examine the date on the invoice I signed it was signed on the 7th of July 2016. I was forced to sign it and pay the invoice amount to release the lien on my RV so as to have it towed to another repair facility([redacted]). Mr. G[redacted] offers no other proof as to agreed work.

To Whom it may concern, This letter is response to the Revdex.com complaint reference #[redacted]. As Mr [redacted] stated he dropped his RV off with us to diagnose and repair his diesel engine, and it was authorized by his signature on the invoice which is clearly shown. He made no complaint about paying...

the fees which were authorized. We have no responsibility as to whether or not the insurance company will cover our fees or not that is completely up to the insurance company and their client. What was authorized by Mr. [redacted] and why he brought it to us we addressed and when they decided to go a different direction we stopped work and did not go any further with the charges stopping at the invoice amount. We are a business and do not work for free. The statement "He has successfully disrupted my life and finances" is slanderous and that potentially claiming we aimed to hurt the customer. That is simply untrue. We accepted their request to repair the RV which was their problem and when told to stop we did. We charged the customer for the Authorized work that was done and nothing more.
