Review: I went to this location to meet with a gentleman to get a windshield replacement on my 2008 Kia Sportage. I was told to meet at Gomez Tire Shop. I inquired about a set two used tires as I had just purchased two used tires. My Co-worker uncle who works at the shop said he had a great deal on new tires. He sold me a set of 4 tires for $250. At the time I did not have all of the cash to give him so I left my car to get the windshield installed as well as the tires put on. I went to the nearest bank, withdrew cash and came back to my vehicle. The tires looked very nice and I thought I had made a great decision. Not even a month later one of the tires blew out on the front passenger side of the vehicle causing a lot of damage. I filed an insurance claim paid an additional $250 for a deductible to repair and still had three remaining tires. I spoke with the gentleman who sold me the tires and he stated I should have called and he could have come to replace my tire on the side of the road. I asked him at that time to order a tire as I would need one once repairs were made. I received no tire. Each remaining tire had a disfunction. The next tire to almost blowout was the rear passenger tire. It began to bubble up and the experience of a shaking vehicle warned me to pull over and check. I waited an hour for a family member to bring me a spare. I purchased used tires for the front of my vehicle at that time and kept the other two tires in the rear. Those two also bubbled. I just replaced all tires on the vehicle. I went to the shop to ask for my money back as something was defective with the tire and at first the worker stated he could give me credit. I asked where that was written and stated I just wanted my money back because I did not want to purchase tires from them again. Another gentlemen proceeded to show me a sign about no refunds for used tires. I explained to him that I did not purchase used tires. I bought four stated brand new tires. They did not refund me and were very rude and dishonest.Desired Settlement: I would just like to return the three remaining tires and get my money refunded back to me as I have spent almost one thousand dollars on tires as well as time, stress, and scare from being sold bad tires.
