Business owner MrRamos G*** took of my money to repair my car engine and did not fix my car Also he left my car open to the weather, he treated my car as if it was a junkyard car for parts And my bumper was hanging; he did not take care of my car and did things to my vehicle that I did not authorize He refuses to fix my car, he refuses to return my money

This guy is a mickey mouser. I paid him to put in a whole new ac kit which he done but he never checked for leaks. So when it came time for me to use my ac in the summer it worked for like 3 weeks then no more cold air. I took it back cause I was under warranty and 3 weeks later the same thing. I done this 2 more times same results. So then I took it to a known named shop paid 75$ for them to tell me it was the compressor that was only a year old and the service ports that were leaking. Whitch they said should have been checked after installation of parts. So I take the paperwork back to this shop keep in mind that out of the 4 hot months of summer I've got about a month worth of ac out of this after taking it back 4 times. He tells me it's not the compressor it's the line to the compressor when he could have found that out I guess the first time. So I purchased a new line warranty out the compressor and paid him to change out the line. Ok ac is done. When using the ac my car start stalling at red lights I tell him about it he says it's your timing. Pay to get the timing kit and install. O e day while driving home from work my car starts losing power on the freeway so I get off and right as I was coming up to the off ramp my car dies. I had to push it out the way car for someone to pick me up and had my car towed to the same known shop as before. They tell me it's no compression in the cylinders I asked if the timing could have something to do with that they said maybe but the only way to know for sure is I had to pay to get it checked. Keep in mind I'm under warranty with this other guy who did the installation so I called him told him what was going on he said he'll check it out. So I took the paperwork that I got from the known named shop to him his face turned pale. So he did his inspection of the timing said that was good and proceeded to check other things came to find out that it was my head gasket showed me the gasket assured me that the timing wasn't the cause told me that the gasket was just old and needed to be replaced. Paid him for the work for the work for the replacement of the gasket and the machine of the head's. About a month later I'm driving to work this time and all of a sudden I'm getting no response from the car when I push the gas luckily there was anot her known name shop right there pulled in let him know what the car was doing he said he'll check it out. A few hours later I get a call from this known shop telling me I have no compression in the cylinders I told him about the work I just got done he told me there's no way to make sure unless I paid them to look at it. But since I was under warranty with the other guy I didn't want anyone else but that guy to look at it. So I called him told him what was going on he said he'll have it towed to his shop I was like ok. So 2 day's go by my car is still at this known shop the other guy hasn't made an attempt to have it towed so I had to pay to get it towed to his shop. So Thursday night I get a txt from him telling me to come to the shop. He shows me the gasket and how it is cracked in the same spot as before he tells me I've never seen anything like that before. So he tells me hey don't worry I'll fix it at no charge I was like ok cool please take care of it. I go 5 days with out no communication from this guy so finally I have a day off and I go up to the shop and he tells me I've got a crack in the block and he's trying to find another one. A few days later he tells me he having trouble finding a block but he found a engine and it's 1000$. That's what I'm dealing with right now. So please don't do business with this guy he really gives good mechanics a bad name.
